Symptoms of Cancer ~ Breast Cancer

A variety of symptoms can be signs of cancer, though they tend to vary by type. This article will provide some of the symptoms of the most common types of cancer, including breast cancer, lung cancer, bone cancer, brain cancer and leukemia.

Possible signs of breast cancer include discharge from the nipple, a lump or thickening of the breast and enlarged lymph nodes under the arm.

Wheezing, a consistent aching feeling in the chest, congestion in the lungs and persistent coughing are symptoms of lung cancer.

Symptoms of bone cancer include bone fractures, weakness, fatigue, weight loss and nausea. Swelling around the affected area is also commonly seen.

Dizziness, weakness, nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, loss of feeling in the extremities, changes in personality or speech patterns and abnormal changes in vision are symptoms often associated with brain cancer.

Leukemia symptoms include bruising, weakness, weight loss, night sweats and enlarged lymph nodes. Frequent infections are seen in most patients suffering from leukemia.
